Customer Questions

Each event we host will have its own website with the full event line-up and schedules, these can be found on our brands page. As for our smaller one off events, these details will be available on our social media channels.

All of our events operate a paid Cloakroom or cloak-Tent, where you can leave your belongings safely in exchange for a ticket. Any uncollected items will be disposed of within 28 days of any given event.

Each event differs based on the venue location, more information on this can be found on the brands associated website or our social media channels.

We endeavour to ensure all our events are close to car parking and make a special effort to offer disabled and access parking solutions also where possible.

Most of our events follow a very similiar dress code policy unless stated otherwise on event promotion material and associated brand websites. This generally includes; No full tracksuits, no tracksuit bottoms, walking pants, (tracksuit top worn with jeans/ shorts is acceptable) Bum bags are allowed, no bags bigger than A4 size, no camel packs. This is subject to change with no notice between given events.

We will be operating and enforcing a challenge 25 policy on site for any event required, the finer details on this can be found on each brands associated website or marketing material. Just like any pub, club or festival in the country we take this seriously. If you can’t provide valid identification when required, you will be asked to leave the site/venue and come back with your ID. So if you are lucky enough to look 25 or younger, please make sure that you bring an acceptable form of identification.

valid forms of ID include:

  • An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence.
  • A valid passport (not a photocopy). out of date passports will not be accepted.
  • A proof of age standards scheme card (showing the pass hologram).

 

Most of our events have food offerings unless stated otherwise. we generally have several food stands at the venue or sites of our events, where we offer a great variety of food options.

Drinks not purchased at our events are strictly NOT allowed into the venue or site of any given event.

Unfortunately, unless stated otherwise, most of of our events do not permit this due to organisational reasons, re-entry is usually not possible.

Only mobile phone cameras and small digital cameras for private use are allowed: video cameras are forbidden. If you wish to offer a professional coverage or press report on any of our events, please feel free to contact our team to organise the appropriate passes and permissions.

Generally unless stated otherwise on event marketing material, it is possible to bring a small pocket umbrella, eg. knirps. Because larger umbrellas can be used as a weapon, these are not permitted to our venues or event sites.

No big bags or rusk sacks are allowed in our venues or on our event sites. No man bags, (Bum bags are allowed) no bags bigger than A4 size, no camel packs.
